SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. We offer a cost-based shipping system. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground. International orders are shipped via either USPS Priority or UPS World Expedited. Customers will be notified of a proper tracking number for your order once it has been fulfilled. The following timeline can be utilized strictly as a guideline for estimate delivery times:

 

  • Domestic: UPS Ground / 1 – 5 business days
  • International: USPS Priority l / 3 – 5 business days
  • International: UPS World Expedited / 3 – 5 business days

Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. We also ask our international customers to kindly provide a telephone number when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared through customs and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame.

For International Orders: If you refuse your package/s based on either not being able to retrieve from UPS access point or after multiple attempts to be contacted by UPS per their protocol, and then it is returned to Sender (Bodega), we are under no obligation to issue a refund and you forfeit the items. For Domestic USA Orders: If you refuse your package/s based on either not being able to retrieve from UPS access point or after multiple attempts to be contacted by UPS per their protocol, and then it is returned to Sender (Bodega), we will issue you a refund for the item/s only and keep the shipment fee for restock. If you would like to then have it resent back out you will be charged a shipping fee. Please note we cannot ship Nike or Air Jordan products outside of the domestic US.

 

Important information for our customers shipping to Korea:

 

We advise Customers shipping to Korea to obtain a Customs Clearance Indigenous Code (CCIC) due to the enforcement of the Korea Privacy Protection law from 7 Aug 2014,. All shipments imported into Korea for individuals are required to have a CCIC so as to avoid potential delay of 2 to 3 days in South Korea.

CCIC is issued by UNIPASS, Korea Customs Service. Application can be done through UNIPASS website, https://p.customs.go.kr/ and p.customs.go.kr it is a reusable 13-digit code that starts with P. A CCIC can be issued almost instantaneously to applicant. This minimizes inconveniences to citizens and the risk of leaking personal information.
